So this is the wedding I have set up today.
120 Cupcakes, mixture of white chocolate and chocolate mudcakes with chocolate fudge and white chocolate buttercream toppings.
Top cake is White chocolate mudcake with White chocolate buttercream.
I remembered to take a bag of goody for any eventuality – royal icing in a piping bag, scissors, ribbons, screwdriver for the stand, cashous, extra flowers etc etc. I even took 2 cameras, battery went flat on one after 1 picture and the other one, ALL the pictures are blurry???
