Valentine cupcakes. She wanted Yellow and silver accents, not the more traditional colours like red and pink.

Vanilla cupcakes with vanilla buttercream rose swirl in gold papers for a 60th wedding anniversary. The anniversary is on valentines day and the couple have dutch roots. Half are pink stamped valentines/love themed and half handpainted blue delft/dutch themed to recognise this. The colour scheme of gold, blue and pink were chosen by the family.

Top Cake - White Chocolate Mud, torted with white ganache covered in white fondant, styled with blue fantasy flowers and tiny silver sugar balls.

White and Dark Mud Cupcakes - topped with Italian Buttercream, covered with white fondant disks, styled with blue fantasy flowers and tiny silver sugar balls.

Two tiered top cutting cake - white buttercake with luxury white chocolate and raspberries, torted with white chocolate ganache, covered in 'dirty' white fondant.

Mini cupcakes in white and chocolate buttercake with chocolate chunks and raspberries. Topped with Pink buttercream roses.

For their winery venue this couple wanted to incorporate the "grape" motif, as well as the colors ... purple and green (like grapes!) on their wedding cupcakes.
Here a mix of smooth and swirled buttercream icing with piped grape cluster motifs make an abundant presentation. The cake topper, a classic ivory, is decorated with a similar, but not identical pattern of a grapevine.
Beautiful fresh flowers fill in around the cuppies and finish the cake along with a monogram topper.
The cake stand, I must admit, was one of the best cardboard stands I've seen... very well made, sturdy and lovely. The bride found it on Etsy at The Cupcake Tower. Check them out! www.etsy.com/shop/thecupcaketower

Jessica is a fabulous "party thrower" and she has had me make cupcakes (as well as her wedding cake) several times... this was (maybe) the cutest and funnest one yet!
For a baby shower, the theme was "Baby Birds" ~ blue ones! The cupcakes are iced to look like nests (with toasted coconut) with a trio of tweeting birdies, and smooth iced with simple, elegant cut-out flowers.
i LOVE Jessica's set up with the chic cupcake stand and clever craftstore birdhouse topper... and all the "nest" themed decor.

For an engagement party by the pool side.

Gumpaste boy and girl's heads, hairs painted. Again, chocolate flavoured mini cake coated with chocolate mousse.

For the top tier I made an oversized cucpake wrapped in parchment to mimic the the tulip wrappers on the standard cupcakes.

I made this tower for a couple that wanted an elegant but simple design. The cupcakes were simple as well...vanilla and lemon cake both with vanilla bean buttercream.

Chocolate cupcakes baked in black cupcake liners topped with vanilla buttercream and round fondant circles. Cupcake stand is topped with a cake dummy decorated with a custom gumpaste topper of the DJ's logo.

Made for a Bridal Shower. The Bridesmaid requested this cupcake tower and wanted hearts with the cherry blossoms.

I love how this turned out. I had tons of fun making the stand. I'm glad our friend asked me to do this project. Evrything about it was fun. The cupcakes are chocolate fudge filled with marshmellow cream. TFL!
