Franschoek wedding at Rickety Bridge Wine farm. This was yet another hot pink gerbera tower. We loved doing this one. Top cake is fruit cake and cupcakes are vanilla, chocolate and carrot. Grace& Dot

60 mini cakes (gosh – these take for ever to do!!), and top tier fruit cake. All mini cakes were embossed, and then had pearl lustre sprayed on.

Phew….after a long day in the kitchen I have finished the cupcake tower for my father in law. The top cutting cake is a 6″ Fruit Cake with a guitar topper and music notes surrounding. The 80 cupcakes are 50% vanilla and 50% chocolate – both with contrasting chocolate shavings on top. This is my first cupcake tower – fingers crossed he likes it!

ps – sorry for rubbish photo – i had to assemble it all just to see what it looked like – lighting was bad – will try to take a better photo at the venue tomorrow
