This Wedding Cake and Cupcakes were for my brother’s wedding at the end of March.
Top Cutting Cake – 6″ classic white vanilla cake, torted with raspberry syrup and vanilla Italian Merguine Buttercream, covered in white fondant. Detailed with Silver/Pearl luster dust accented with edible silver glitter, and red fondant flowers with pearl centres.
Cupcakes in White foil wrappers, classic white cupcakes with fresh raspberries or classic rich chocolate cupcakes with fresh raspberries, topped with raspberry syrup and vanilla Italian Merguine Buttercream. Topped with a fondant disk embossed and then detailed with Silver/Peal Luster, accented with edible silver glitter and red fondant flowers.
