Finally, I managed to get a SMOOTH buttercream that didn’t flop and stood up beautifully.
Thanks to HowtoeatAcupcake.net for the vanilla cupcake recipe and tips on how to make the perfect buttercream. I think I might just stick to it (and tweek it just a wee bit the next time)
Not the prettiest cupcake compared to everyone else, but hey..it’s a start!
